The Supreme Award winner of the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards was announced recently as the Clyde Quay Wharf development in development.
The development from Willis Bond & Co beat off over 90 competitors to receive the Award at a black-tie dinner in Auckland attended by 1,350 people, becoming the first scheme in Wellington to win the Supreme Award in five years.
Clyde Quay Wharf is a residential development on Wellington’s waterfront, built on an existing wharf and providing 76 new apartments alongside office space. Chief judge John Dunn said :“The development has incorporated leading edge architectural and engineering features, which benefits both occupants and users.”
